You Already Know How This Story Ends

You are ordinary people in a world not unlike our own. You may or may not know each other well, but you do have one major thing in common: you have all read the same book.

It's a great book, an epic story set in another world full of strange and wonderful things. And for each of you there is one character in the book—one you especially love, or hate, or who feels uncomfortably like you.

Their story ends in ruin.

But it is just a story.

Until it isn't.

Because today, something will happen. Some strange coincidence. Some awful accident. Something that will throw all of you into the world of your beloved book, and into the bodies of those characters.

Your fate is coming fast for you.

Better hurry up and change it.

This is a system agnostic ttrpg supplement (best played, imo, with a GMed game of dramatic adventures with some sort of +/- bonus you can give the resolution mechanic, but also I am not the boss of you) in which the main game system becomes a story your "real" characters are pulled into... and, as far as they remember, doomed in.

You will need:
- Some friends
- A vivid imagination and the ability to metagame weirdly
- Something to write all your ideas down with
- Some six-sided dice and some twenty-sided dice (max 4d6s and 2d20s are needed for a roll)
- Another game system to run the main story in
